Frantex director says it will take three years to complete the cultural change

Two years ago, Border Managing Director Hans Legtens tells EuroNius that his ambition to change the culture of the organization would take three years at the end of his decree.

The commissioner says that internal transparency is “basis” and contrary to the current trend of the United States, and that Frendex should better accept the diversity of gender and identity.

“This is a reasonable organization, a different organization in terms of gender and nationalities,” he tells Europe.

“It is very difficult to change culture, but I think we are progressing. Of course, the rest of my time, this is three years, I think it is necessary to change the situation.”
