In a Facebook postTama UL Libas Governor Americo Villariel thanked his colleagues that all three leaders would continue to work for the benefit of their constituencies.

“Thanks to this conversation and corporate coordination, we can rely on strategies to strengthen security on our shared borders and the US borders today,” he said.

Willeriel said that three states have to establish centers to attend the migrants who have been suspended before they go to their homes, as the recent abduction and intimidation of money -rising cases is increasing.

This is especially true for migrants from other countries that rely heavily on the recently developed state companies, and the authorities are chasing food, lodging and transport.

“Fortunately, migration is declining,” Villariel said, “Reduces the chances of organized crimes.”

All three governors agreed to increase security measures in cities along the US border and strengthen state border operations. They want to raise the presence of police on the south highways and to investigate the strategies of regulating vehicles, especially the US registered vehicles.

Intelligence sharing activities, infrastructure and technology exchange, improvements for communication organizations and police training programs are other activities that need to be strengthened.

The cooperation between the states is important to prevent the criminals commit a crime in a state and to flee another to avoid catching. Strict restrictions on vehicles from the United States are very important because American registered vehicles are increasingly involved in crime.

Reinstalling Police Forces’ UL Lipas

Villariel said that Tamaulipas is taking steps to create municipal police forces in four major cities: Thambiko, Altamira, Cyudat Madoro and Madamoros.

Most of the municipal police forces in the UL Libas were organized due to excessive infiltration due to organized crimes in 2011-2012. They were replaced by state police and state guard troops, but it left many small cities without any local security forces.

The project – According to Denis RomeroEl Mercurio de Dama UL Lipas is a columnist-plunge-revolutionary treatment model in which the municipal police work in collaboration with the state police.

The only way to work is “well -trained police, good salary, sound test procedures, standard supervision and zero tolerance for corruption.”

In addition, Romero writes that the program is facing many obstacles, in which the lack of funds, the lack of planning, and the need to start new. He also argues that it is difficult to prevent these forces from infiltrating by criminal elements.
