BJP MLA Muniratna was booked in the Gangraf case: A case has been registered against the BJP MLA Munridna and his allies in Karnataka. In the FIR, a 40 -year -old victim has accused the gang of gang, urinating on the face and injection of a deadly virus. The police provided this information on Wednesday.
The FIR has been registered on the BJP MLA and his associates on Tuesday based on a BJP worker’s complaint at the RMC Yard Police Station. The woman, who claimed to be a BJP worker, accused her of the incident on June 11, 2023 at the MLA’s office in Madigre. The complainant accused his companions of taking him to his office in the car.
The names of the three associates of the MLA involved in the incident have been registered in the FIR, while the fourth accused is not identified. After reaching the office, the victim accused the MLA and his two colleagues that they had threatened to kill his son if he did not cooperate, despite his refusal. FIR says two people have advised two people to rape her.
The woman further accused the MLA of urinating her face and that the unknown person entered the room during the incident and gave a white box to the MLA. He took a syringe out of the box. According to the FIR, if the MLA tells anyone about himself, he is said to have threatened to leave his family and destroy it.
In January this year, the woman was admitted to hospital and was reported to be aware of the irreversible virus and enrolled in the injection incident. On May 19, what happened to him, he was depressed, ate some bullets, and his health deteriorated. After this, he decided to file a complaint with the police.
The complainant also mentioned an incident before the attack, in which the BJP MLA was reportedly attracted to others to file false cases against the RMC Yard police stations. Later, when he was released from jail, the MLA’s colleagues met him and assured him that Muniratna would help him eliminate the allegations against him, and for this reason, he called him to his office.
