Bank Bihari Temple’s Paradise for the Supreme Court, 5 acres of land acquisition permit – Brindavan NTC

The Supreme Court has allowed the Uttar Pradesh government to construct the Uttar Pradesh government at a cost of Rs 500 crore. In addition, the state government has allowed the state government to acquire 5 acres of land around the temple. The bench of Supreme Court Justice Bela Madarya Trivedi and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma has stated that the land will be registered in the name of the deity.
The Supreme Court on Thursday approved the proposed Sri Bank Bihari Temple Cross Project at a cost of Rs 500 crore. The bench allowed the use of the deposit of the temple to buy the land, with the condition that the land will be purchased in the name of the goddess, that is, Sri Bank Bihari Ji Maharaj.
The Bench wrote in its order that the historical temple was an old structure. They need proper care and strong help. The Supreme Court has amended the Allahabad High Court order. In fact, the High Court has banned the purchase of land around the temple. At the same time, the bench has allowed the Bank to use crores of money from the standard deposits of the Bank Bihari Temple, that is, after examining the Rs 500 crore development project on the corridor around the temple.
The bench said that we are allowed to fully implement the Uttar Pradesh government. The Bank Bihari Ja Foundation has a lot of time in the name of the goddess and the temple. The state government is allowed to use the amount in that fixed deposit to buy the proposed land. The bench made it clear that the land purchased for the purpose of the development of the temple and the sidewalk would be in the name of the goddess/trust.
The state government’s development project has been found on the Sri Bank Bihari temple corridor in Brindavan, in the wake of trade incidents such as Stambe in 2022, especially in the Bank Bihari Temple. The Bench said the Uttar Pradesh Praj Project and the Development Board were active in the development of the Department, but for a meaningful improvement, there is a need to make joint ventures among the government, temple trust, local communities and other partners.
The bench has suggested that Mathura and Brindavan are historical and mythical cities. Their description is found in most religious texts. Millions of domestic and foreign pilgrims and tourists come here throughout the year. There is a large crowd here to see the blessings of Krishna and other gods in the historical temples. Mathura and Brindavan pilgrims, wide roads, parking lots, dharmashalas, hospitals and other public facilities should be seen. The Foundation, created by the Government of Uttar Pradesh/Defendant No. 4, is already doing a great job for the development of Mathura and Brindavan, and provides growth in mind the historical importance of the two cities, that is, the Uttar Pradesh Praj Yojana and the Development Board Act 2015.
