Bad weather kills at least three people in Italy

Two people died in the Visenza area

In the Turin region, another deadly victim was registered: a 92 -year -old retired carpenter is thought to have been trapped in his home in Monte Da Bo.
According to the first estimates, the damage caused by the storm in Pimonte will climb to tens of thousands of euros, said Civil Defense Regional Consultant Marco Kapusi.
“Extreme rain is already landslides, floods, discharges and, unfortunately, the fall of a bridge – this is the situation that requires maximum attention,” Kapusi said.
More than 700 firefighters handle the flood water, remove the fallen trees and protect the zones affected by the landslides, especially in the outskirts of Durin.
