This will help the centralized and accessible dashboard of cases reported to the Ministry of Ayush, which can lead to real -time monitoring, rapid regulatory action and detailed data analysis.
This portal allows consumers, health experts and regulatory authorities to report false advertising and misunderstanding with an arbitrary digital process, which is developed with technical cooperation with the Central Siddha Research Council (CCRS) and joins the National Pharmacy Program.
Ayush Ministry Secretary Vaidya Rajesh Kottecha said, “By integrating the data of state licensing officers, national pharmacy centers and key regulatory shareholders, the portal provides real -time monitoring, we have made it accessible to formal analysis and false advertisements.
The Ayush Suraksha Portal was created on July 30, 2024 on the Rit petition (Civil) No. 645/2022. In this, the court emphasized the need for a centralized dashboard to monitor and output data related to ads and adverse drug.
