Austria is waiting for court ruling on banning family reunion

Austria will not implement the controversial ban on the migrant families until the courts are approved by the courts, and President Christian Stacker told EuroNus.
Through these rules, the Vienna government wants to protect the organization from a migrant burden. But critics say that this action does not apply to European law.
“We know that this is controversial. I think it will be analyzed by the courts. We will wait and use it as a guide.”
According to the action, migrants with protected protected status – that is, they cannot be deported – they can no longer bring family members living in their own countries.
Official numbers show that 7,762 people came to Austria last year in the wake of the family restructuring processes of the diaspora. By 2023, this figure reached 9,254. Most new people are small.
Stacker recalled “the pain experiences of 2015 and 2022”, in which Europe still has to take lessons. Therefore, it suggests that illegal migration in Europe should be “greatly reduced” and a stable deportation.
“What we want is that one is not allowed to reserve and if gold is not allowed in Europe or Austria, let’s leave Austria again,” Stacker told EuroNus.
“If only 20%of those who do not have residential rights leave the EU, this is not enough. This should be 100%. Therefore, it is not easy to reach 100%, but the target must be 100%.”
In recent years, Austria has faced a large number of people from Syria and Afghanistan, according to a report by the Austrian Chancellor. The Vienna government says the country’s organizations are already more efficient, especially in social, education and health sectors.
Throughout the European Union, governments are trying to reduce the number of migrants. A fierce turn of policies adopted a decade ago, such as Germany and Sweden welcomed more than a million immigrants from war -torn countries.
Many communities and cities in countries like Germany say they do not have the ability to find shelter or homes for the diaspora.
The European Union tries to prevent more migrants from entering the camp, and wants to act quickly to exile the asylum demands.
