About 7000 flood victims have taken refuge in relief camps and relief centers fixed by the district administration. The district administration has set up 16 relief camps and relief supply centers in flood -hit areas. 194 animals were swept away in flood water. 75918 animals have been affected in flood -affected districts. State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF), National Disaster Response Fund (NTRF), fire and emergency services and local administration are involved in flood -affected areas. Flood water was damaged by 22 roads, one bridge, 3 bundles, 4 other bundles, irrigation canals, school buildings and Anganwadi centers. According to the report, 9865 people have been affected by urban floods in Kamrub, Thibrugar, Darrang, Kachar and Kamrob (M) districts.
