Asaram Babu, who suffered a life imprisonment in the case of sexual harassment, received a major setback. Asaram Babu’s hearing was heard on Wednesday in the Jodhpur High Court on interim bail. However, he has not been given any relief in this regard. The next hearing will be held on April 7 in the case. The case was heard at the bench of Jodhpur High Court Judge Dinesh Mehta and Justice Vineet Kumar Mathur.
The court clearly stated in his order that Asaram preached, which certainly violates the conditions imposed by the Supreme Court. In this regard, the court demanded an affidavit from the prosecutor of Asaram to prove that the conditions of the Supreme Court were not violated.
Asaram’s lawyer Yashpal Singh told the news agency that Asaram Babu’s interim bail was heard in the Rajasthan High Court. Earlier, we had filed an application to extend the interim bail term in the Gujarat High Court, which was accepted by the court and we were given three months of expansion.

In August 2013, a 16 -year -old woman accused Asaram of raping her as an ashram near Rajasthan’s Jodhpur. The victim’s parents lodged a complaint, as Asaram was arrested on August 31, 2013. Later, in April 2018, the Jodhpur court punished for allegedly raping a minority and sentenced him to life imprisonment under various sections of the Indian fines, protected from various sections of the Security Act.

In October 2013, a woman from Surat, a former disciple Surat, has been accused of repeated sexual harassment at her ashram in Modra, Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad.
