The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has taken a historic decision to implement a civil defense system in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh’s state. In this regard, a notice was issued from the Governor’s Office on Thursday. This is the first time since 1962 when civil security is created in all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Until now, the system has been limited to only 24 districts of the state.
Civil security was established in 15 districts of Uttar Pradesh in 1962, and in 2015, 11 other districts were expanded to the Civil Defense Department. In the 15 districts of these organizations, Norra, Bulanthashar, Mathura, Akra, Kanpur Nagar, Bareilly, Jhansi, Moradabad, Gorakhno, Lucknow, Saharanpur, Meerut, Kasiabad, Prayanasi The process of establishing this service in the districts has also been started.
District Magistrate will be the commander of civil security forces
The District Magistrate’s Commander of the Districts has been appointed as the Commander/Controller to implement this organization. In all districts, the work of creating positions for civil defense will be done by TM. TM Chief Development Officer and Additional District Magistrate (Financial and Income) to mark the land needed for the establishment of civil defense and other management products. This section will not only help to deal with emergency situations, but also provides new opportunities for local youth to training and employment.
