On this special day, agriculture and agricultural veterans attended the ‘farmer’ potato session. Potato cultivation is not damage

Demand for too much potato abroad
During the Alau Maharati session of Alau, farmer Nitin Chaudhary recently said that the potato commodity was sent to Tehran and Barheen. The CPRI also has a role behind it. He said he was going to export potatoes further and that the CPRI was behind all this. There is a lot of demand for our potatoes abroad, there is a demand for containers every week. In the coming period, technology such as AI is also used, so that crops, etc., will be revealed in advance.
Work on 10 processing plants
Farmer Satyendra Singh said that there is no processing unit around Farrukhabad, which should be considered, and there are no 14 processing units for a state like Gujarat. In response, Sanjay Rawal of CPRI said that the work is being done in 10 processing plants. Some of the work is done and some are installed. The processing unit said that Cinemy was changing in UP. According to his question, Farmer Satyendra Singh said, asking scientists to create such a type, from which potatoes are also available and potatoes for processing are also found. The same type of potato table should also be used as potatoes and used in processing.
Demand to make the type from scientists
Pushpendra Singh said the same. They say that farmers should install processing units to benefit. Scientists have been asked to make the type used in processing along with food. In response, Neelam Chaudhary of CPRI has made his Institute Kufri Sangam type, which can also be eaten and used in processing. Farmer Nitin Chaudhary said that there is a lot of demand for red potato in Kashmir and farmers can send their products there.
