This process will rely on the transfer of financial flows from Brazil, which, in addition to the procedures inherent in the Brazilian banking system, will also suffer from “some pressure” due to the increase in the definitions applied by the Brazilian government, which has been analyzed “solutions” to collect the conditions required in the general meeting to establish the company that will lead to the assumption.
The unwillingness to expect other club clarifications, the “institutional partner” that was chosen in the direction of Nuno Quintaniro is currently cleaned, for his part, “the project is not at stake”, and reaffirming the “long -term” commitment, which already includes other partners, and this has been done for several months, including funding to the current football activity.
The financial obligations of the investor (10 million euros)
- A settlement on its obligations, up to 1.5 million euros (delivery of 500,000 euros in the establishment of the company, one million euros in the plan to prove that it may not exceed 10 years, in annual installments of 100 thousand euros);
- Investments allocated to strengthen the main football team to higher levels in the first five years, which can not be less, during this period, to 5 million euros;
- Investments allocated to building the basic infrastructure for sports development in the club and society project (Higher Restore Center), which may not be less than 3.5 million euros.
