UK business and commercial secretary Euronevs told British tourists that the electronic gates in Europe are expected to “soon” following a contract reached with the EU in May.
The European Union and the United Kingdom announced an agreement on May 19 to strengthen cooperation, and this type of first deal was left out of camp in 2020.
Jonathan Renaults of the United Kingdom makes a starting speech Brussels Economic Security ForumThursday.
In addition to defining new contracts on travel, safety and fishing, reset is the focus of reset agriculture, which is a sector severely affected by Brexit.
Under the new contract, the British animal and plant products must be subjected to low control when exported to the EU. For example, for example, the United Kingdom may be recognized for the first time from Brexit to the EU to export sausages and raw hamburgers – thanks to the SPS (sanitary and phytosanometer) contract.
However, the implementation details are still pending.
Under the new contract, British travelers can use fast electronic passport controls at many EU airports, but all the details are not yet released when they are introduced.
“We hope this will be soon, because there are no legal obstacles to use e-bays,” Renaults told Eurneus.
Renaults said the electronic gates were “great benefits for performance,” and said, “People who run from the summer holidays of England should have easy and use of these gates.”
Renaults said his goal was to implement the May Agreement and that he had rejected the arguments of the UK’s conservative and reform parties against the agreement.
“I think we can build a coalition (in the United Kingdom) and I don’t want to see the past,” he said, saying that the coalition recognizes that this relationship is commercially valuable than to rotate the EU followers and constitutional issues.
“When fishing, we should not forget that there is no less access. There is no shortage of UK’s position as already. In fact, nothing is better than the previous few years,” Renaults said.
There will always be people who do not want to progress. Politics is like this. My political opponents have already stated in the UK, ”Renaults said, but he believed that such arguments would not prevail in the future election.
