The Federal Court of Audit (TCU) on Wednesday, 26, has ordered the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) to improve the analysis of social security benefits requests from the National Institute of Social Security (INSS). The court stated that the “high incidence” of the inappropriate denials showed by the Technical Benefit Monitoring Program (Suartek).
In 2023, the inspection found that in 13.20% of cases rejected by the Manual Processing of Super C in 2023, there was an “inconvenience disorder”. The group also found uncomfortable disabilities that describe inappropriate rejection of automatically rejected in 2024.
Before affecting the processing of purposes, including automated inspections, the “active mechanisms” are set to identify and correct the requirements in the instructions. The court has also decided to “address accordion for these purposes” artificial intelligence mechanisms.
In addition, INSS should adopt the process of assessing the quality of automatic analysis or training to servers.
“There is an encouragement to work to reject the need for rejection of the requirements because of the amount of processing of these servers. On the other hand, there is no promotion of rejection, as well as an effective communication with policyholders,” said mantra Aroldo Sedraz. “It reflects in identity, not by the quality of the culture of Servants, and not through the quality of the analysis, it reflects the questionnaire applicable to the servers, which does not reflect on the evaluation of their exhibitions.”
The Minister predicted that productivity was “fails to measure the amount of policy holders who are properly attending properly.” Sedraz also explained the large number of irregularities found, including other processes of auditors’ court, operated with disabilities in the databases of the National Register of Social Information (CNIS).
Commenting on the process, TCU President, Vital Do Rago Philho, said that there will be a suggestion for a new audit in the INSS, focusing on the shortcomings in granting requests and there will be a hint for a new audit in the inspection. “I am surprised to see how many Brazilians have been damaged by the Inss’s deficiency,” the president said.
