In an exclusive interview with the Liberal Group, the national president of Sebrey, Desio Lima, positively assessed the current economic scenario: “I believe in the optimism of the small Brazilian economy.” In 2024, he was highlighted by over 4 million new businesses and 1.7 million job generation, as well as justifying credit policies such as the “Believe” program.

“How can I worry about prices when we create 1.7 million jobs?”
When asked about inflation, Lima was certain: “Last year we knew the market was crucial when we reached 1,700,000 new jobs, how can I worry about prices? At the same time we created 4,100,000 new micro and small businesses.”
