Created by the Central Bank of Brazil (BC), picks is a monetary transfer and immediate electronic payment, rapid and safe electronic payment, however, criminal groups have been able to cheat Brazilians every day.
According to OAB Para, “criminals are exploiting the need for victims and the lack of information, especially the focus on the clients of the legal organization. Those who have crossed the lawyers or employees will request inaccurate payments, using fraudulent justices such as non -existent court values or policy costs.”
The representative of the lawyers adds that “scammers are consulting and go through the legitimate professionals, and ask for financial information or transfers through picks, cheating victims with lies.”
The 12 pages are divided into five elements in the Ob Para primer. The document explains how the damage is, the most common forms and how customers can protect themselves. There are guidelines for lawyers and offices, as well as what the victim can do.
