Bitcoin, Trump and European Conservatism: The future is being determined… and it is not in Europe – opinion

By Mario Maura

In recent months, Donald Trump has discussed the impact of the presidency in the crypto and financial speculation market. The truth is that there are no big surprises. Those who follow this sector do not respond to the exact moment of the opening of the markets, but for those who have previously expected. This has been the most recent admiration of bitcoin: Trump’s success has raised him, but the market’s hope for his criminal pro -policies.

Very interesting is not a oscillation, which is part of the nature of this market. The huge difference between how the US and Europe are facing the crypto revolution are really important. And this difference is not so obvious now.

Trump may have all the flaws in the world – and there are so many – there is a non -undeniable thing: recognizing and broadcasting economic opportunities when he sees them. In the election campaign, he has already signaled that he will support the crypto sector, now as president, he is strengthening the message.

There is already discussion about the possibility of the US to create crypto reserves. And the most interesting thing is that he does not just talk about bitcoin, but in a simple crypto. That is, there is an identity that other innovative currencies and projects have space, which shows a more open approach to Europe so far.

Another thing to the highlight is focusing on US digital assets. Projects like Solana have immediately benefited from this strategy, as the market realizes that there is an attempt to maintain innovations in the US. Meanwhile, in Europe, there is the only concern that will create bureaucracy and create regulations that make life difficult for those who want to raise bureaucracy.

Memables can also help to describe the chasmits between the two sides of the Atlantic. In the US, Trump started his own Memecoin and there was a huge pump there – as usual, as usual, by dump. Those who know the market are no new. Memecons have no practical advantage, just part of the ULA attendance and crypto culture. But the thing here is whether they are useful or not – this type of phenomenon is done in the US, and European is completely alienated to the dynamics of this sector.

In fact, memecons have been part of the market for a long time. Who learned about the last NFC – non -fungal conference – only these types of crypters have seen that there is a certain event. This is not a new phenomenon, a reflection of the process of working on the crypto community. There is its own culture, which is understood and in a way, the path of encouraging and communicating is also encouraged. In Europe, this approach is always the same: ignore, gradually and hard.

This is the biggest problem here. In this field, when the US consolidates himself as the greatest pool of innovation, we are listening to the same old speeches in Europe. The president of the European Central Bank recently said that European country has no reserves in Bitcoin. There is nothing. That is, when Americans are discussing how to integrate crypters in their economy, we confirm that we will get out of this revolution. And we are not even talking about a distant future – it’s already going on.

Europe is very intoxicated in controlling everything in full, which leads companies, talent and investment. And then, when most innovative projects go to the US or Asia, we will defy the lack of competitiveness. How can we compete if we create an enemy environment for those who want to innovate?

Seeing what is happening, the end is simple: Crypters have come to stay. We can discuss prices, whether the bitcoin value is 100,000 or 500 thousand euros, but it is just details. It is important to realize that we are facing a structural change in the economic and economic world.

The US realizes this. Trump, whether he likes him, realizes it. And Europe? It is believed that this revolution can ignore it, and the world will stop waiting for us.

Unfortunately, the world does not work. And if we do not change our mentality quickly, we will be lagging behind.

But at least we can be proud to have “bottle caps that don’t take off.” After all, it is European conservative.
