Avian Flu: The case in which para is still in analysis, Adapare | The economy
After confirming the first case of Avian Flu on a commercial farm in Brazil – Rio Grande Do Sul – Officers intensified preventive and inspection measures. In Para, Eldorado is investigating the suspicious focus of the disease in the Municipality of Dose Carazos. According to the Para State Agricultural Defense Agency (Adepare), four rednex has been sacrificed for the collection of biological materials, after the sanitary protocol.
Adapare’s note, Liberal Group was sent to the Liberal Group Report, said that the model was sent to the Federal Agricultural Defense Laboratory (LFDA) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), which is responsible for analysis. The Patrace Agency reported that the state had no confirmed records of the disease and insisted that the case was monitored according to active surveillance protocols.
In addition to Para, four more investigations in the country are ongoing, according to the update of the Map Bird Respiratory and Nervous Syndrome Platform at 8:30 am on Tuesday (20). Analyzes are still waiting for the results of the affirmative laboratory.
These two cases under investigation are held in commercial plants – an agricultural farm in Ipmirim (SC) and a bird slutterhouse in Aguyarnapolis (To). Others, as well as the case in Para, include livelihood creation in the Estensia Wellha (RS) and Solitre (CE). Three other suspicions have already been ignored by the laboratory tests in Nova Brasslandia (MT), Grankos Cardoso (SE) and Triunfo (RS).
Since May 2023, when the first case of Brazil is registered in the wild birds, more than 2,500 research was carried out by the official veterinary service (SVO). So far, the country has collected 168 cases, in 164 birds in 164 wild animals and 4 Sea Lions -3 in domestic creation and 1 in commercial production.
The warning increased after the disease was confirmed last week at the Poultry farm in Rio Grande Do Sul. As a result, the Federal government has suspended chicken meat exports. Other states have also adopted emergency measures: Gois Jusanitary Emergency has decided, destroying more than 10 million eggs, to protect sanitary status and began checking the products from Rio Grande Do Sul from Rio Grande Do Sul.
Adapare emphasized that there was no production of poultry focused on export and followed all the preventive measures to prevent the disease from entering the state.
