Army sources said that Pakistan Rangers was taken into custody by the Border Security Force after being unexpectedly crossed the International Border (IB) in the Ferozpur sector in Punjab on Wednesday afternoon.
Pakistan Rangers on Wednesday seized the 182nd Battalion’s constable PK Singh over Ferozpur. The young man was in uniform and had a service rifle. When he went to rest in the shadow he was with the farmers and the rangers caught him. Officials said the flag meeting between the two forces was being held to release the BSF Javan. He said that such incidents were not uncommon and that there were similar incidents between the two parties. The incident took place after the Pahalgam terror attack, in which India took several steps against Pakistan in connection with the terrorist incident.

According to intelligence sources, the BSF Battalion from Srinagar has been changed from Mamdot. On Wednesday morning, the farmers took a blanket and went to cut the wheat from the ground through the gate in the fencing. Two BSF jawans (called Farmer Guards) went with them to monitor the farmers. Due to the heat, a BSF Javan sat under the tree shade. The tree was planted to the zero line on the Pakistan border. This young man does not know this.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani farmer saw that BSF Javan was sitting inside the Pakistan border. The farmer informed the Pak Rangers. Hidden Pakistan Rangers grabbed BSF Jawan and locked his rifle. The Rangers took the teenager with them.
Officials have begun contacting Pakistani Rangers officials for the protection of Jawan. Pak Rangers has not released Jawan so far.
