Less relief in Maharashtra

The rain continues in Kerala

Heavy rains continue in Kerala districts and IMD on Friday increased the level of rain warning to the state. IMD has issued a red warning for very heavy rain in eight districts in the next 24 hours. After Saturday, after May 31, most districts are believed to reduce rainfall. On Saturday, heavy rains will only rain in some places for all 14 districts. According to the latest updates, some districts in the northern region are expected to receive heavy rains by at least 3 June.

There will be heavy rain in the northeast

IMD has issued a red warning to five northeastern states including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya and Manipur. Since Thursday, heavy rains have been raining in most parts of northeastern India, which lasted until Friday afternoon. The regional weather station in Guwahati is experiencing heavy rains in Bangladesh, which is slowly moving towards northeast.
