VKSA 2025: Farmers learned about the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture, visiting ICAR Patna Director Gayazi

Under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Agriculture and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), ‘Developed Krishi Shankalp Abhiyan’ is running across the country. To this end, Dr. Anoop Das, Director of ICAR-Eastern Research Campus in Patna, visited the villages of Dharampur and Dusri in Bihar Gaya district. On this occasion, a group of scientists have set up direct conversation with farmers and farmers, with detailed information about the central and state government schemes, including weather -friendly farming practices, coarse grain cultivation, prevention of high quality seeds, nutrition garden, multiple -year -old fodder and agricultural flowers.

The campaign runs until June 12

What is remarkable is that the campaign is being held nationwide until June 12. At the same time, according to the campaign, programs are being organized under the leadership of the Ikor-Estern Research Complex in various districts in Bihar and Jharkhand, which is aimed at triggering farmers for sophisticated and sustainable agriculture. On the other hand, the Institute held competition in school children during World Environment Day in Patna. In the meantime, the importance of trees has been discussed in detail and how useful the tree is for human life.

Agriculture is beneficial

Dr Anoop Das planted trees during the Environment Day and appealed to the villagers to turn the trees a part of their lifestyle. He said that traditional knowledge and scientific research needed to deal with the challenges of climate change. Coarse grains, nutritional garden and atmospheric agriculture play an important role in making farmers themselves. He said agriculture could become more stable and beneficial by adopting scientific actions with traditional knowledge.

Farmers learned about the campaign

Dr. Das said that the campaign was actively involved in agron science centers, central and state agricultural universities, ICAR companies and state agriculture departments, which has been successful in bringing modern farming practices to the ground. He said that “developed Krishi Sankalap Abhiyan” not only serves as a bridge between scientists and farmers, but also the dream of a self -rill farmer and wealthy villages.
