Engineer became a farmer: There is no agricultural loss business. To get profit, you need to adopt new technology except traditional agriculture. Yes, Madhya Pradesh’s Vinit Patle showed this by leaving the engineer job.
Vinit Patle, who lives in Arandia village in Paranhara Tahsil in Balaghat district, joined the multinational company five years ago after B.Tech from Indore’s Engineering College in Indore five years ago. Vinette had to return to his village during the Corona period. After this, instead of doing jobs in his mind, the idea of agriculture came. He decided to do farming.
The idea of leaving the job in this way
Vinit Patle said he saw vegetable cultivation in Raipur while doing this. He also communicated with some farmers. From here he made his mind and I left the job and cultivated vegetables. Vinit said his family members were already growing vegetables.
Although he did not do it on a large scale, only in a small form, he also achieved some of the qualities of agriculture from their families. Five years ago, when he was employed, he was getting Rs 8 lakh annually, but he left the job and earns Rs 18 lakh annually from vegetable cultivation. Not only that, he also gave his employment to 25 people.
This is a vegetable product
Vinette said he had built an agricultural house in the village Sherpar. Here the vegetables were first grown on two acres. They have benefited from selling these vegetables in the market. After this, he began to cultivate vegetables on 6 acres. Abhi, he produces vegetables like eggplant, cabbage, zucchini, gourd, chilli, cucumber and bitter gourd. Vinette said that from vegetable cultivation, an annual income of up to Rs 3 lakh per acre. In this way, they earn 18 lakhs on 6 acres a year.
Produces vegetables three times a year
Vinit said he learned the tricks of agriculture from the Department of Agriculture and agronomists. Now he is skilled in this work while cultivating vegetables. He said he would take vegetables 3 times a year. He works to raise vegetables with fertilization techniques by choosing a variety of vegetables in a variety of vegetables in summer and cold weather. In fertilization, liquid fertilizer is distributed to plants with irrigation. It has a lot of income with good yield.
Fields are ready this way
Vinette said he was plowing on the farm before sowing vegetables. He plows the ground four or five times. After this, he adds cow dung on the ground. Then with the help of the rotavator, they do more of the clay of the fields so that the cow’s dung fields are well visible. After this, make the clay ghar and plant seeds in a queue.
Use the drip system
Vinette said he was using foil on the soil, for which there was no problem with weed. Plants are moist for a long time and there is no problem with pests.
Vinette said fertilizer vegetables would be kept with the drip system. They only carren the vegetable crop through the drip system. Vinette said he had set up a drip system at a cost of Rs 20 lakh in his field. Today, Vinit recognizes not only the people of his village but also the farmers of other villages. Many farmers come from them to learn agricultural tricks.
