In addition, the network of 150 high -tech nurseries is placed in the direction of increasing the income of farmers, which are available for high quality plants and modern technology.

Farmers’ income is doubled

Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural External Affairs and Agricultural Export Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh said that with the help of Israeli technology, the income of farmers should be doubled. Under this, a plan is designed to prepare 26 crore plants. These plants bring qualitative and quantitative improvement in vegetable production, which provides a good price in the market.

Establishment of sophisticated nurseries and technical centers

Minister Dinesh Pratap Singh said 150 high -tech nurseries are being established in the state. Through these centers, farmers are informed about modern agriculture, seeds, plants and training. This initiative promotes vegetable production in every district of the state and strengthens the rural economy.

Grant schemes for irrigation

The Yogi government is giving grants to promote drip and sprinkler irrigation. In drip irrigation, 90 percent of small and marginal farmers are given 80 percent grants to other farmers. At the same time, up to 65 per cent subsidy for small and marginal farmers and other farmers for sprinkler irrigation.

Farmers will be given technical facilities

Through the Nurseries and the Center of Excellence, Singh said that technical information on sophisticated varieties, fertilizer, organic products, pesticide control, water management, crop protection and marketing will be provided. It is possible to reduce production costs and increase profits.
