Why Isros Rock Failed – Why Failed for ISRO’s rocket … Know the track of PSLV and other rockets – why is Izrose Rock Failed to Failed BSLV and Other Rockets

On May 2025, the third output of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) BSLV rocket failed. ISRO leader Dr V Narayanan said there was a problem in the third stage of the rocket. Its investigation has been launched.
What happened?
The third stage of the PSLV rocket has a solid motor, covered with a strong cover called Kevler. ISRO suspects that this cover erupted. Also, the Flex tip came into a mistake in the third stage (which controls the direction of the rocket). The cover eruption and the node malfunction may be interconnected.
