Sudha Dairy’s famous milk brand Sudha Dairy has raised its milk price. The new rate released by Bihar State Milk Cooperative Federation Limited applies to two states from May 22. Sudha has increased the price of milk by two to three per liter. Due to this increase, the general public is expressing their displeasure, but Sudha Dairy has stated that the cost of dairy production, livestock inflation and transportation costs. Recently, Amul has also increased by two rupees per liter.
Milk prices will change from May 22
The new prices of Sudha milk released by Bihar State Milk Cooperative Federation Limited have increased by two to three per liter. According to the new rate, the full cream milk, which has previously been Rs 62 per liter, is now Rs.65 per liter. The price of Sudha Shakti’s milk has increased to Rs 55 per liter instead of Rs 55 per liter. With this, the price of cow’s milk has been increased to Rs 54 per liter instead of Rs. Apart from this, retail dairy vendors have increased 15 paise in all packets of margin Sudha.

An additional cost of Rs 60-90 in milk
After the new milk prices released by Sudha Dairy, there is outrage among the general public. If a person takes one liter of milk a day, he will pay 60 to 90 rupees per month in various packets of milk from next month. People say that for more than one liter of milk -eating homes, increased price on pockets will increase. At the same time, Sudha is causing the increasing cost of milk production to increase prices. However, the price of products other than Sudha milk has not increased.
Sudha is buying milk from farmers at the same price
Abhishek Kumar, Bhuneshwar Patel and others, who run the Sudha Milk Producers Cooperation Committee in Kaimoor district, will decide the minimum price of milk from the farmers by Sudha, which will apply from 2023. Citing inflation has raised the prices of milk, the retailers’ margin is expected to increase by 15 paise per liter and the minimum support price is also expected.
