Addressing the decision, Union Minister Vaishnav said that after Kovid, fertilizer prices have gone up. But Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not allow the burden on the farmers. The DAP price is Rs 1350 per 50 kg story, for which the Government of India will withstand a concession of Rs 37,216 crore, but does not allow the burden on farmers.
Fertilizer is available with an affordable rate
The budget for the 2025 Kharif season is around Rs 37,216.15 crore. This is Rs 13,000 crore more than the budget for the 2024-25 Rabi season. The availability of fertilizer at subsidy, affordable and affordable prices ensures farmers.

In another big decision, the Union Cabinet has approved the inclusion of Bihar’s Machi Inter-Stat Link project under the Prime Minister’s Agricultural Irrigation Scheme-Quick Irrigation Benefition Program (PMSK-AIBP).
