Former coach Pablo Marcel became the defendant in January 2022 to deteriorate 32 lives during the trip to Pico Dose Merins at Serra da Montamikira (SP). The Sao Paulo Court has accepted the complaint filed by the Sao Public Prosecutor (MP-SP), and the decision was issued on Judge Rafe, 20, 20.
Wanted, Marcel, said that he did not organize the trip and that the incident was a walk between friends. The protection also questioned (see below) that an opinion was not considered from the civil police who had been appointed by the lack of fraud.
In this decision, the judge said that the issues submitted to the case would uphold the continuation of the case. The magistrate understands that the complaint is “officially in order” and in addition to guaranteeing the “Minimum Probative Ballast” required for the establishment of this process.
Based on the investigation of the police inquiry, the judge dismissed the filing and concluded that Marshall should be cited to demonstrate protection in the legal deadline.
Before opening the criminal action, the MP proposed an agreement, which allows the case to be canceled after paying 180 minimum wages (about R $ 273,000). Since the influenza’s defense file did not speak on the file, the court made the process progress.

The postlation of the plateau failed, because his party, at the time, liked to support his party president Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva (PT). In the controversy in the legislature, he got 243,037 votes – enough to be elected – but there was a candidature for failures for the documentation sent to the TSE.
