Beto Pharaoh justifies further representation for Para in Congress | Method

“Para historically has been unfair in its representation and distribution of resources. It is time to correct this distortion.”Same Senator Beto Pharaoh. In a special interview Liberal Group. In the conversation, a member of the parliament commented behind the impact of federal politics and the impact of decisions in the state on the state. Through the interview, the Senator also commented The possibility of receiving the Ministry of Federal Government: “If this is the will of the president, I’ll be ready.” He also examined Senate’s performance in the wake of Amazon’s challenges and strengthened the importance of 30th party meeting on the weather to consolidate the paras heroine in the global climate debate, or Cap 30In addition to supporting the exploitation of the equator margin with environmental responsibility.
Beto Pharaoh also defended the steady development and defined it as the main heritage of the weather meeting for Para. “We can produce responsibilities. We have already open areas with the use of more technology. We can produce these areas more – and this is already happening – but more resources can be moved to more resources for the embroider, embrape and product organs.”

The Ministry of Ullation has ulation hostages about its instructions. Is it really discussed with President Lula?
Beto Pharaoh: Yes, there is this conversation, but not yet defined. President Lula started the minister’s reform process. There are changes such as the appointment of Tenalha for the departure and health of the minister Nisia. In the Ministry of Institutional Relations, the mayors and the Congress are in the hands of PT national president Glysi. Ulation Homes have also emerged on changes in the Ministry of Agriculture.
The union movement of rural workers and family agriculture, for having a trajectory connected to the agricultural problem, is always remembered. Members of Parliament and social movements referred to it and had a conversation with the president. But this is a special fit for him, which usually deals with these options individually.
I have a good relationship with the current Agriculture Development Minister Paulo Teaksira, who is right with me in the nominations and procedures of the portfolio. There is no opposition between us. I have come from PT, I have a story in this area and I have made my name available. If this is the will of the president, I will be ready to take to T. If not, I will continue my command in the Senate, where we believe that we are growing and receiving expectations of the para population.
How do you assess the exploitation of an equator margin that provokes the interest of petrobras?
With regard to environmental issues, we have always justified this exploitation in Congress. It takes time to transform the global energy and at this point, we need to look for responsible alternatives.
Para is an example: We have palm oil production, which produces biodiesel, expands solar energy and great potential in this area. The exploration of the equatorial margin, as at the entrance of the Amazonus, is 500 km from the coast. This is a wealth, if well-managed, can create important resources-the development of poor areas such as investing in education and investing in education and education in the discussion and the development of poor areas such as Maraja and Salgado.
With clear environmental rules, I believe that in a conversation with Ibama, exploitation. Lula is already investing in petrobras and technology. It is not true that he doesn’t. Critics are in government and have not done. Lula is committed to this region and country.

Is the COP30 an opportunity to increase these environmental negotiations like the Equatorial Margin?
Maybe yes. But our anxiety goes further. The cop is unusual – it already has. It leaves the inheritance of Amazon’s works, knowledge and recognition around the world. Bethlehem knows how to welcome well. We have experience like Carryio de Nazare, which add 4 million people together. I have never seen someone sleeping on the street due to lack of accommodation.
The government is preparing, improving infrastructure – Dock, Admiral Tamandare, Airport – all being restored. But my biggest concern commitments that are signed during the COP. The weather crisis is not just from our problem, not from other countries.
It is flooded in the drought in Para, which affected Rio Grande Do Sul and the United Product. The Lula government has already been able to reduce the extermination of forest on Amazon by 50%. With the support of the Governor Helder and Supervisory Operations, we were able to increase the product without destroying.
What is the Federal Bench role in the COP30 manufacture?
In Congress, we are closely following. We created a subcommittee on the Senate Environment Commission, presided over and reported Senator Leela. This initiative is ours, from manufacturing to international conversation in the state.
Environmental projects are in debate in both the Senate and the House. My wife is the chairman of the original People’s Commission. Deputy Bira has already presided over the Environment Commission. I also actively participate, not only due to COP, but I understand that this agenda is permanent – especially from Amazon.
We are dealing with manufacturing forestry, with cultures such as Coco, Ekei and Kumara, who regain the environment and earn income. I planted Kumar.
All of this proves that we can produce responsibilities. We already have open areas, they can be well exploited with the use of more technology. We can produce these areas more – and this is already happening – but it still needs more investment: more technology, more resources to embroPa (Brazilian agricultural research institute) and organs, so we can go ahead.
How do you assess the federal support for this program as a preparation for this program?
President Lula has a real commitment to Para. We live a particular moment. There are works not only due to COP, but also across the state. The capital is resurrected: airport, edge, Sao Jojwim Channel, Sao Bros Market. There are almost 6 billion of billion from the Federal government.
And there are also investments in the interior. We also have a conversation with the Agribusiness. What do they want? Roads to drain the product – and this is happening. COP is important, but structural investments are beyond it.
How do you assess projects that are being processed in Congress and prioritizing Para and Amazon population?
Look, I am already in Congress for four words – a part of a federal deputy – and now I am in the command of the Senator. And I came together more. Because, for example, in the northeast, you are a “northeastern bench.” Here, no. It is a para bench, Amazonas, all divided into a little. But we are a strong bench. We are the eight states of the Federation.
Although states have a minimum number of assistants, it is eight – it is already unfair, because Para, for example, should be more aids than today – we are discussing it there. We are talking too much in the Senators, especially during the tax reform discussion, working together for the purposes of the region, making a conversation with governors.
Governor Helder was with us in Brasilia to deal with these benefits. And the presidency of David (Alkumbrre) in the Senate is critical so that we can reach more.
Today is more attention, and the big pronunciation in us we are in Brasilia. The Governor Helder knows this. The bench also answered with differences. But when he asked anything to the bench, we assembled to vote.
Sometimes even contrary to party interests. Because, for example, I have conflicts with Jecunha and Jaders. But when the guidelines were interested in the state, we voted together, and even abandoned positions. During the election here, you know that this is the same for itself. But at these times, we will unite in the protection of para.
I will always be very optimistic. I think I have improved, although it needs to be more improved. The bench reported the message and was identified as the governor across the state as he had a good relationship with the Federal Bench.
And how did Para try to increase the number of these representatives?
It’s unfair, yes. We have the largest election coefficient in the country to elect a federal deputy. In the last election, the party or federation requires more than 270,000 votes to elect a federal deputy. It has fewer voters than Para, with all respect like Maranho and there are more helpers. More of their representation. And more representation, more resources come into the state, the national game has more political power.
So, Para has been unfair for a long time. The Superior Electoral Court made a resolution, and Congress remained until September to control it. We are working on it.
There are people who protect the following: “Ah, so let the helpers from losing states, we will only grow where we need.” If so, it does not have only 21, which is an affordable number – it must be 22, 23, because if they are placed on those who are high, it will exceed 513 aides, which is the whole of it today. So if the account already starts wrong, we will continue to make mistakes in the future.
In fact, you should account for the population based on the population. And Para is one of the fastest growing states. Together with Santa Caterina, you will earn more in this re -IS observation. In the next legislature, I hope that there are more than 21 federal assistants and over 45 states. We are working for it.
