If you want to take advantage of NLM, prepare these 16 documents
- Dairy parts and livestock details project report (DPR) costs the project.
- Land documents anyway, lease deed, rented agreement, etc.
- Photos of the project site via GPS camera.
- Documentary evidence of the share of participants in the project.
- The list of farmers associated with the applicant includes name, Aadhaar number, mobile number and address.
- Applicant’s PAN Card, Aadhaar Card and Photo.
- If the caste certificate applies, the education certificate, the training certificate.
- An experienced letter or certificate about any livestock activities made earlier.
- GST Registration Certificate (in the case of the company).
- Encoding Certificate (in case of company)
- Porter Shin (in case of partnership company)
- Address Certificate such as Photo Identity Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill, Passbook and Rent Agreement.
- If annual financial reports have been audited for the past three years.
- If the last three years of income tax return applies.
- Bank Statement for the last six months
- The check was canceled with the bank command form.
