The Attorney General Office (PGR) has asked the Federal Supreme Court (STF) on Tuesday (13), accused of murdering Council Woman Mariel Franco and Driver Anderson Gomes in Rio de Janairo in 2018.

“The facts that ended in the implementation of Mariel and Driver Anderson Gomes, along with the assassination attempt of Fernanda Gonals (Council Woman Advisor), were described in the complaint, which was adequately treated and proved in the relevant criminal activity processed in sufficient criminal action.”

According to former police officer Ronnie Lessa, who agreed to shoot firearms at the council women, the Brazo and Barbosa brothers are the mainstay of this crime. Rivaldo Barbosa is involved in preparations to execute the crime. Ronald alleged that the council was monitored by Women’s daily routine and sent to a group of information. According to the Federal Police investigation, the Marriel murdered council was contrary to the interests of the political group led by the Brezao Brothers -led political group, who were associated with land -related land problems in Rio.
