Lula defines STF lists for tse vacancies that require Lula to choose at least one woman | Method

The Federal Supreme Court (STF) defined two tripicle lists to fill two vacancies opened in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) on May 30. For the first time, TSE president Carmen was divided with the STF minister and president of Liazi, who requires these lists belonging to President Luiz Inacio Lula Silva.
The list of men has been composed by current ministers Floriano Azewo Marose and Andre Ramos Tawares. Their first term ends with Friday, 30 and can return them for another two years. However, Lula should only choose one of the two. The other member of the list is Jose Levi Do Do Amal Janer.
The list of women has been composed by lawyer Vera Losia Arazo, who is currently in an alternative. The other two are Estela Aranha, today’s Supreme Minister Flavio Dino, Digital Rights Secretary, and Christina Maria Gama Neves Da Silva.
Carmen explained that the decision of the TSE to the regional election courts (Tres) has been decided by the TSE’s decision to take two lists and that there is an alternative to women to encourage women for the legislative positions for the law. According to the minister, only 30% of the three judges of the three magistrates intended for the class of lawyers were occupied by women.
“Therefore, the TSE has two lists with any woman, or if we do not have a list of women who decide, it is contrary to it. If we do not have the opportunity to have a list of men and women, we have a TSE with seven men’s seven positions next year, we have to provide some difference. ”
