Life from mango became ‘Khas’: 27 years ago, Bihar youth imposed a garden, earning over 10 lakhs annually

Manish Sharma, who lives in the village of Fulwari Rampur in Vaishali district about 27 years ago, never thought that the mango garden he started at the time would become the mainstay of his family life. Today, their general, Guwa and Litchi plantation have strengthened their financial situation, and in the society, they have gained special recognition and respect. Manish Sharma is earning a net money of Rs 10 lakh annually from this horticulture business. They are exported outside their garden’s normal India and are raising mango and Pakistan pomegranate to foreign varieties in their garden.
DELHI has left the job and supported the farm
Manish Sharma said in 1998, when he was studying in the X class, he placed this mango garden in his village. At that time, he did not know that the garden would melt the sweetness in his life one day. However, a few years later, when the financial situation of the house deteriorated, he had to go to Delhi and work. But even after many years of jobs, when he did not achieve the expressed success, he returned to the village in 2012. Upon returning to the village, he saw the possibilities of a good future in his old garden and sailed towards the park. Today, he said he was living a better life in his village than Delhi’s job and earning more.
Business began by paying the garden’s charges to family members
When he returned to the village, Manish started a fruit business by paying a charges of Rs 40,000 annually for his family. In the first year, he earned Rs 3.5 lakh from the mango crop. After this, he began to rent Litchi and Gua gardens from other farmers and planted new plants himself. Today, they are earning more than 80 thousand rupees per month from fruit cultivation. Earlier, the garden’s annual charges were not even available for 40,000 rupees, earning 8 lakhs from mango and Rs 2 lakh annually from Gua. They also get good income from Litchi.
Miazaki Mango and Pakistan pomegranate cultivation also started
Progressive farmer Manish Sharma also planted trees ‘Miazaki’, which was the most expensive mango runs ordered from Bangalore. Last year, these trees were 1-2 fruits in some places. Manish said mango prices in the international market ranged from Rs 80,000 to Rs 2.5 lakh per kg. Apart from this, he also planted Pakistan’s type of pomegranate trees, in which the fruits have not yet come. His garden has popular mangoes such as Zardas, Jarda, Bombay and Malda.
