India has enough food grains for every difficult situation: Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh is a big thing

Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Minister of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, spoke to the media today after launching the world’s first two genetic revised rice varieties in the country developed in New Delhi in New Delhi. At the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, the Prime Minister appealed to the farmers to adopt modern technology to deal with agricultural challenges. While inspired by his words, ICAR scientists have achieved extraordinary success in the agriculture sector by inventing new types.

Reduction with greenhouse enthusiasm

He said the development of this new crops would increase production capacity. Also, positive results in the environmental context are achieved. It not only saves irrigation water but also reduces stress on the environment due to greenhouse gas emission. That is, the benefits of mango and kernels benefit. Former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri said that Jai Javan, Jai Kisan and Atal Bihari Vajpayee have added to it.

Chauhan said India would have to work with the aim of making food bossets in the coming period, to ensure food security, increase nutritional production and provide food grains to the country and the world. The outcome of advanced efforts is that today we are exporting basmati rice worth Rs 48,000 crore.

The Minister of Agriculture gave the formula

Union Minister Shivraj Singh said we should take further measures to increase the production of pulses and oilseeds, including soybean, pigeon, you, lentils, urad and oil seed. Chauhan says we have to work by adopting the principle of minus 5 and plus 10. This principle is 5 million (50 lakhs) hectares of rice and 10 million tonnes of rice in the same area. The area saved by working for this purpose is emphasized on the cultivation of pulses and oilseeds. Chauhan said farmers would come to siblings, especially young farmers, to advanced farming.

Take research to farmers

The Union Minister said that the research in agriculture should be taken to farmers. If one is one of the agronomists and farmers, a miracle happens. At this point, the Agriculture Minister said, “I am confident that these types will play a prominent role in acting in the second green revolution in the country.” On the question of food security, Union Minister Singh said that India has enough food grains for any difficult situations. He said the work is being done fast with the aim of increasing production capacity. Efforts are being made to reach new varieties for farmers as soon as possible.
