ICAR’s new innovation, ready basil seed banana juice, health and taste

The Iicar-National Research Center for Bana, Tiruchirappalli Tulsi Seeds has made a new and unique discovery-ready-to-Sarva (RTS) banana juice. This juice is very beneficial to be delicious and healthy. The particular thing is that it is not added to more sugar, which turns into a completely natural and healthy beverage.
What is this new innovation?
This juice was used by banana juice, soaked basil seeds and food grade suspension agents. With their help, the basil seeds in the juice are not sitting or floating on top, but spread evenly throughout the juice. It provides both taste and nutrition in each sip.
Beneficial for health
Tulsi seeds are considered very useful in Ayurveda. It has a lot of inal shadow features:
- Diauratic Symptoms – Helps pick up toxins from the body.
- Antiperetic properties – beneficial in fever.
- Help for digestion – helps to digest food and cool the stomach.

To prepare this juice, scientists adopt a special enzyme -dependent process, making banana juice completely clean and transparent. After that, special Safe Food Grade Agents are mixed, causing basil seeds to spread evenly throughout the juice and stable for 6 months without sitting or swimming.
