- 100 goats of the smallest unit
- The cost of 100 goats is considered about ₹ 20 lakh
- The government is providing 50% or a maximum subsidy of ₹ 10 lakh.
- A farmer who opens a 500 -goat unit will get a subsidy of up to ₹ 50 lakh.
- It is mandatory to have 5 Bij (breeding) goats for a 100 -goat unit
