Flamengo: Bruno gives evidence at STJD in case of Henric bet

Bruno Henrik on Thursday (29) gave evidence at the Superior Court of Sports (STJD). Striker is investigating for the management of the results that benefit sports gamblers.
The case took place in November 2023, Bruno Henrick forcing the Yellow Card in the game against Santos for the Brazilian Championship.
Questionable audiences are scheduled to take place on Monday (26), but the Flamengo striker has not attended, as he was trained in the vulture nest at the same time.
Bruno Henrick was able to attend the trial without big problems, as the professional cast allocated time after classification in the 16th round of Libertadors. The player testified remotely and waited for the next steps of the process.
The STJD has launched an investigation to investigate more details about the case. The court has access to federal police evidence and is building a report to maintain or file the case.
Since it is not suspended as a remedy, Bruno Henrick can continue to act generally through Henrick Flamengo during the investigation.
The player’s protection has been asked to transfer the process to the Federal Court of Brazilia and all the decisions that take the state justice will be canceled until they are cleared.

Along with the player, three other names were charged in the investigation: Wander Noon’s Pinto Jonier, Ludimilla Arazo Lima and Poliana Easter Nons Cordoso, brother, sister -in -lla and athlete’s cousin. The three were betting on suspicions.
The Flamengo Striker is designed in the Article 200 of General Sport Law, which includes: “Sports competition or affiliate event contributes to fraud or deception.” The penalty was sentenced to two to six years in prison.
