The matter also went to the Competition Commission and the National Company Law Tribunal. It was also raised by the MP in the Lok Sabha.
These allegations were made against MP NECC
MP Sudhakar Singh, when the eggs are being put in the Lok Sabha, have no control over the government or the government in determining the rate of eggs. It directly affects the poultry farmer and the customer. The price of products such as Milk-Card and cheese is determined by government intervention or cooperative. At the same time, the price of eggs determines a private company NECC. No matter who has legal orders or its rate of transparency. Not only that, but in January 2022, NECC has been involved in the NECC activities against the competition commission. Also, the prices of eggs have not been fixed according to market forces. Egg prices are determined every week according to the zonal of NECC. At the same time, the NECC is putting pressure on farmers to implement prices. Not only that, but in September 2022, the National Company Law Tribunal also considered these allegations.
The cost of eggs is not coming out
