Deno communicates TSE on the decision that causes the seven helpers’ exchange
Federal Supreme Court (STF) Minister Flevio Dino reported the Supreme Court on Friday (23) on the Supreme Court’s decision on the new regulations of the Supreme Court elections. This measure may lose the orders of seven federal assistants.
Dino’s signed orders have asked the President of the Election Court, the President of the Election Court, to warn the decision to continue the election court hearing. Seven helpers who lose their command:
- Sylvia VP (PL-AP);
- Soniz Barbosa (PL-AP);
- Professor Goreth (PDT-AP);
- Augusto Pappo (MDB-App);
- Lazaro Botelho (PP-to);
- Gilwan Maximo (Republicans-DF);
- Lebrio (Union-Row).
Deno’s communication was held after Hugo Mota (Republicans-PB) president Hugo Mota (Republicans-PB) president Hugo Mota (Republicans-PB), and demanded that the new regulations be kept only from the 2026 elections.
Mota’s characteristic has not yet been analyzed. If the request is accepted, the seven selected in the 2022 election will not be harmed.
The election left

The court’s decision

Applying this decision will be up to the Election Court and the House of Representatives may be protected.
