A statement uploaded to the Supreme Court website said, “At a meeting held on May 26, 2025, the Supreme Court Collegium has recommended to replace/return the judges of various High Courts.”

  • Telangana High Court Judge Sujoi Paul has recommended that Collegium be transferred to the Calcutta High Court.
  • The current judge of the Karnataka High Court V Kameshwar Rao has been recommended to renew the Delhi High Court, Collegium said.
  • The Calgary has said that the judges of the Guwahati High Court should be transferred to the High Courts of Calcutta and Orissa respectively.
  • Bombay High Court Judge Nitin Vasudev has recommended to transfer the Sambre to the Delhi High Court.
  • The Collegium recommended that Allah’s High Court Judge Ashwini Kumar Mishra be transferred to the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
  • Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Suman Shiam to the Mumbai High Court.
