Formula 1: Kolapinto replaces Duhan in alpin in the next five races

Argentina Franco Kolapinto returns Formula 1 The French team announced on Wednesday to replace Australian Jack Duhan in the next five World Cup races to travel alpine.
After being part of last season in Williams, the 21-year-old Argentina is no longer a reserve pilot to seize the Alpine car, but the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix in the Imola Race Track in Italy from May 16 to 18.
In addition to the Italian race, Kolapinto has already confirmed at the main awards of Monaco, Spain, Canada and Austria, seeking to take alpine to points, Duhan failed in the first six races of the season.
In 2024, Kolapinto scored five points, with American Logan Segent, eighth in Azerbaijan and 10th in Austin in the United States.
“As part of the ongoing evaluation of their riders alignment, the next five formula has decided to implement one of the seats running for the next five world rounds,” reads a statement from Alpine.
Duhon, 22, rose to the first team to replace Esteban Ocan, but Gowle Pierre, who took seven points, was unable to score.
Although the reserve pilot is declining, alpine Duhan confirms that “is an integral part of the team.”
The announcement of Kolapinto’s replacement of Duhun appears a few hours later in the Oliver Oaks Team Director, and his position occupies his place.
