COP30: The government makes good methods to avoid accommodation abuse
At the United Nations meeting on 2025 climate change, the government prepares the “good methods word” for the Belium real estate market (COP30).
With the document, the ministries of tourism and justice and public security are expected to avoid abuse. The Housing availability is one of the main concerns of host city.
According to the draft of the word, the main days of the meeting should move 40,000 people in the Para capital. Since there are no enough hotel beds, the government has agreed that there are short -term positions through digital and real estate platforms.

When adhering to this word, brokers and real estate agree to a series of goods:

- Guide their customers about the correct and affordable price of the value of leases during the event period;
- Spread real information about the event, the local real estate market;
- From their platforms and other media, excluding rent with real estate ads abusing and uneven prices;
- And should not promote arbitration with high cost.

The main topics discussed are reducing greenhouse air emissions, adaptation of climate change and climate financing for developing countries.
