Coconut oil: Coconut oil is expensive 30-40 percent, Kite has raised this demand in the middle

Coconut oil prices rose 30 to 40 percent over the last year due to the rise in raw materials and especially Capra prices. Meanwhile, the commercial agency has now increased the demand from the central government to regulate coconut oil prices and approves coconut imports.
The prices of skulls rose 40-50 percent
Shankar Thakkar of All India Food Oil Traders Federation and All India Traders (CAIT) Shankar Thakkar said that prices have increased from the famous institutions to local cultivators. Branded companies have increased the prices of coconut oil by 30 per cent, Thakkar said. This increase is due to rising 40-50 percent of the prices of skulls. Now more prices are expected to be stable, but the unexpected incident will increase again.
Price crosses 7 2,700
Coconut oil prices are currently on record, he said. According to a report, the wholesale price of coconut oil in the Philippines exceeded 7 2,700 per metric in Rotardum, an average of 200-2020. It was caused by bad weather in Southeast Asia, which was affected by coconut production.
Prices may be fast again
Thakkar said the prices are now stable, but due to bad weather, global demand or supply crisis, the situation will increase again. The FMCG sector is expecting good growth this fiscal year, but coconut oil can be expensive for users.
Shankar Thakkar fears that the demand for coconut will increase in the coming festive season, which will increase prices. Therefore, the government must approve imports for some time to control prices so that the price must be under control.
