Bolsonoro attacks the Supreme Court after cutting PGR

Former President of the Federal Supreme Court has accepted the complaint of the Attorney General’s office on former president Zair Bolsonoro and investigated at the hearing of another seven.
The board is unanimous that the PGR has submitted appropriate evidence to the court to accept the complaint.
Now they are respondents: Alexander Ramagam; Abin’s former Director General; Almir Garnier, former Navy Commander; Anderson Torres, former Justice Minister; Augusto Heleno, former minister of institutional security office; Muro Sid, former presidential orders; Palo Sergio Nogeera, former Defense Minister; And Walter Braga Netto, former Defense Minister and Civil House.
The Public Prosecution Service alleges that despite the 2022 election outcome, Jair Bolsonoro is the main center of a secret group to keep in power.
Attorney General, Paulo Get, asks them to commit five crimes: tried to abolish democratic rule violently; The criminal organization; State rebellion; Eligible damage against the heritage of the union; And degeneration of listed heritage. Added, penalties can be sentenced to 43 years in prison.
With this decision, Bolsonoro and the other seven accused became respondents. The Supreme’s first class now begins the criminal activity to confirm the merits of the complaint. It is at this stage that the legality of the evidence collected by justice should be assessed and the ministries of this case are the moment the ministers listen to.
During Wednesday’s session, Bolsonoro alleged that the supreme was politically acting. He said the court would want to prevent it from being interrogated next year with the intention of preventing from reaching the October presidential election.
“They painted me as a great criminal of democracy. I did not interfere with the TSE. On the other hand I intervened. I didn’t leave a bad person to dispute the election. I did not cancel the eligible bandit to contest. Can you understand the union with Lula?” The former president said.
The former president will follow the disqualification, without any criminal faith. The Superior Electoral Court has denied Zaire Bolsonoro for abusing political power in two different actions. He only stops Suda’s record in 2030.
