Attempted rebellion | Method
The Federal Supreme Court (STF) will begin judging the “Core 1” of the rebel plot reported on Tuesday, 25, the Attorney General Office (PGR). In addition to the group, former President Zair Bolsonoro part of the court will judge four more nuclei in the coming months.
The Supreme Court has already defined the dates of the judgment of Nucli 2 and 3. Relationships of action on the tried rebellion, Minister Alexander de Mores, has been released to vote on the complaint against the Center 4, but the date of the case has not been defined by the first class president Cristiano Danin. There is no reference to the release of the complaint of the fifth group.
In all these judgments, the board decides whether to accept the complaint against the alleged scamers and turn them into respondents of criminal action. The reason for the five nuclei is that the complaints were “pieces” in the PGR strategy to accelerate the process, as the columnist of Estado Vera Rosa in December showed.

The PGR has reorganized the section, which has become five nuclei, excluding eight people charged by the PF, but not condemned.
