Anand Prakash was speaking about returning home from Delhi from Delhi, and he was affectionate to agriculture from childhood. Although he went to the country and abroad to look for a better future, he had to leave everything due to the decline of the parents. Here, the officials of the Agriculture Department have advised him to cultivate Apple. Five years ago, he planted about 100 apple trees on three and a half acres in which the fruits began in about 60 trees from this year.
Enjoying cultivating many crops
During a conversation with ‘farmer’, Anand Prakash said he had planted 100 apple trees on three and a half acres. In addition, mangoes, lichi, caul, figs and vegetables are also planted. Now vegetables, mangoes and litchi are earning three and a half rupees annually, he said. At the same time, after this year, he estimates that four to four thousand rupees will be easily earned from the Apple tree. In addition, the land can earn quotes from this land by the next twenty -five years. For this, he planted 200 mahogani trees, most of which the price of trees is still one and a half rupees.
‘Start agriculture by doing research’
Anand Prakash said that the biggest problem in the state like Bihar is that people will start agriculture by looking at each other. But, in agriculture, you need to choose crops by looking at your area, state and district’s atmosphere and market. They say that they are growing apple of ‘Harman 99’ type, the biggest advantage of which its fruit is made in June and July, but the apples of Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir are not in the market at that time.
At that time, the ‘Harman 99’ apple could be sold at a good price. In addition, he has planted about 200 mahogani trees, which can earn up to Rs 30 crore in the next 25 years. Therefore, farmers should be farming by thinking carefully and researching the crops that offer benefits in the coming period.
