Therefore, what the biggest need is that farmers are available for disease -free plants, they do not have to face any deception.
Healthy plants provide healthy plants
Shivraj Singh Chauhan said farmers need to ensure healthy plants we will soon launch the ‘Clean Plant’ program. We build 9 ‘clean plants’ across the country with a view to our farmers’ need and efficiency. A large area of Maharashtra Horticulture, so 9 ‘clean plants’ are set up in Maharashtra. The ‘clean plant’ begins for vineyard landscaping from Pune Holy Land. ‘Clean Plant’ for orange begins from Nagpur and ‘Clean Plant’ for pomegranate starts from Solapur. The Agriculture Minister said that 3 crores for the big nursery and 1.5 crores for the medium -sized nursery. With this initiative, the goal is to provide 8 crore clean plants to our farmers every year. Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that after successfully implementing the ‘Clean Plant’ program, the horticultural region of Maharashtra will compete with the whole world.
