Agriculture Department officials collect soil samples from farms in UP, farmers are informed

Agriculture Minister Shahi said, “The government is conducting awareness campaign to adopt biological and natural methods in place of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.” Under this, cow manure, biomith, green manure and other indigenous methods are being trained. During the Kharif season, farmers were called to register farmers with the crop insurance scheme, especially in the rainy weather, thus replacing the loss of natural disaster.
