Under its plan, the women of the Self -Help Groups (SHG) are financially authorized by joining food processing, branding and direct sales. Under the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, women are given a large -scale employment to women through self -Helb groups in food processing companies.

According to reports, 520 self -Help groups are operated in Varanasi, Sultanpur and Aligarh, thereby increasing the income of rural women in the state. Not only that, but now the product to run a large center in Banda district has been completed. The new sample of economic reinforcement has been provided by merging rural women to the market through campaign. Women are included in the purchase, processing and marketing of agricultural goods. This has completely eliminated the relying on the intermediaries and women get a fair price for their product.
The centers under this initiative have earned Rs 34.58 lakh in just eight months, of which 27.32 lakh has been obtained directly. As for the demand for products such as lentils and spices, these women’s income is constantly increasing. The Government of Uttar Pradesh Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) is aimed at connecting 15 lakh rural families with the ‘Lakpathi Titi’ effort, which has to make more than one lakh rupees of their annual income. For this purpose, women are trained for training, financial assistance and market training.

With this, she not only markes her products, but also plays the role of leadership in the community. Because of this, there are a lot of positive changes in the lives of rural women.
