The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) has rejected the last appeal to be buried by the Sao Paulo Paulo Public Prosecution Service, and the former Chief of Tax Inspection of State Finance Secretariat, Marcus Vinasius Wannuchi, and Federal Police have taken over 180,000 and 1,300 euros.
His ex -wife, Olinda Alves Du Amaral Wannuchi, responded to the process on suspicion that he would help him with bribes and filed a series of resources. The last of them was final on March 27.
The defense denies that Olinda contributed to the growth of the ex -husband’s suspicious equity and that the prosecutors did not rely on “the minimum evidence and the intention of counting the facts to the facts.
Olinda also claimed that Vannuchi’s ex was specially dragged on the case and that he did not know what to protect himself, because according to his lawyers, the prosecutor did not say what his suspicious movements were.
The case came to the Superior Court of Justice after the Sao Paulo rejected the requests to end the court of Justice. Appeal’s reporter minister Bendito Gonanovs defended the state justice decision.
The protection has again appealed and defeated the hammer in the first class unanimous decision of the STJ: misconduct action must follow its course. The hearing was held at Virtual Plenary between February 4 and 10. Ministers felt that the need for an abnormal STJ interference did not prove protection.
Sao Paulo Public Prosecutor’s Office Marcus Vannuchi said that the family members were “used to hide equity in his public performance”. According to the procedure, the ex -wife and her mother, which started on behalf of her mother, are used to drain tuition fees without attracting the attention of research institutions.
The former economy denies manipulations. He was acquitted from the allegations in the criminal sphere. The Sao Paulo court concluded that the Sao Paulo public prosecution service could not prove the irregular source of money.
