In the same event, BC’s financial system director Renato Gomes said that automatic picks would have a “great impact” not only for large ones but also for all sizes.
“Today, if a company wants to make an automatic debit, it has to enter into a bilateral agreement with the bank and open the account. (But) only big companies will make these deals with large banks,” Gomes said.
According to him, companies, including utility pics, usually with utilities and small businesses, can provide a repeated payment to customers.
According to BC, any company, such as the service provider, can authorize the monthly payment – for example – by automatic picks. The parameters are authorized in the maximum amount of each payment and whether the credit line is in information.
A few days before the payment, the company sends the collection to the customer’s bank that will schedule the payment and inform the payer. Therefore, the customer can check if everything is correct with the transaction. On the day of payment, collection is made.
